I accept any and all risk associated with my participation in this physical activity. I understand there is a full possibility of serious injuries and even death. I hereby certify that I personally, and or my medical carrier will be responsible for any and all expenses which are incurred in relation to  any injury sustained during any Naughty Nytes activities. Including but not limited to Classes, Competitions, or Shows etc. I hereby Release Naughty Nytes, Owners, Employees, Partners, Vendors and/ or Affiliates, harmless and waive any right to bring legal action against those listed or Naughty Nytes.  By signing I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read this agreement, and understand completely the terms, and confirm that this is signed voluntarily in agreement of its contents, and intent.
