My system for eliminating stress and anxiety

 

It takes years for a person to master their own inner environment, things can be so hard to change when a person works and lives with the same old familiar mental and emotional patterns. The truth is none of our emotions actually start in the mind; they are a by-product of how we are doing physically. The client that complains of mind blocks and negative thinking are the ones that are out of sync with the health in their bodies. This is because in order to feel positive about ourselves we have to be physically healthy. The health of the body is what has an impact on the mind; this is why most mind coaching programs will never help truly get to the bottom of the problem, as the emotional issues are the problem rather than being the causes of the problem, which normally somewhere else in the body.

Through years of experience as an acupuncturist, a holistic nutritional therapist and life coach I have developed the perfect system to combat stress and anxiety. I have been successful at rehabilitating 1000’s and 1000’s of people with chronic emotional stress and anxiety complaints. There is no real secret to my success; the client just needs to be truly committed to his or her cause. It can actually take time to get back to having that euphoric feeling in the body. The euphoric feeling only comes when the body is in balance and every system is working with each other. When we see pictures of holy men with a light around their body, this light is caused by the potential of the body being in sync. Nowadays our lights have been switched off, it is not only the holy men that have this light around the body, this light in all of us. It occurs when we have reached our potential as human beings. When we have this light around us anything is possible. This light of our aura is created with good intentions, good foods and healthy living. The reason nowadays most people are stress and anxious is because the light has gone out, that’s why a person that feels anxious also feels empty. The way we live, eat and think has caused this light to go out in us. When we wake up in the mornings we have no real zip or get up and go. People should be happy when the first wake up in the mornings, the reason this is not the case is because their lights have gone out.

My system has three steps involved in order to get back to having this euphoric energy flow. The first step is a holistic nutritional program. The reason a lot of people today are feeling stressed out, anxious and depressed is because their bodies do not have the right materials to cope with the everyday stress that we encounter. The body functions on a wide range of substances and these ingredients are important to get it to function optimally. The body needs fats, proteins and carbohydrates as the basic ingredients of being healthy. You cannot have true health in the body eating a diet full of processed foods which are deficient in nutrients. The body needs specific foods and nutrients for every system to function effectively. When every system is up and running as it was meant to be then he or she will start to feel more normalised mentally.

The second step is to have a block of acupuncture or acupressure sessions, this will help to normalise the energy flow within the body. If a person’s health is not great his or her energy flow will normally be out of sync, this is another reason why people feel more depressed. If the energy is not flowing correctly it tends to get stuck in various parts of the body causing mental blocks and negative dark spots. Acupuncture treatments get the energy flowing correctly and so it can be a very powerful stress combatting tool because it more the stuck energy which is trapped. I rate acupuncture treatments above any cognitive therapy because as I said before the body controls the mind and not the mind controls the body. Acupuncture brings the energetic system back online.

The third step is to create a life coaching program that will keep the person on the right track. If a client goes out drinking every night for two weeks and has around 4 hours sleep per night I can guarantee you that his or her mind will not feel that great. This part of the program is about lowering external and internal stresses that add to creating an overall stress within the body.
