My nutritional food plans are made specifically for you as an individually. They take in to account genetics, metabolism and body type. So, not only are they only about weight reduction, they can also help to overcome stresses and illnesses in the body.

I believe in giving the body real food. Food is what gives us the strength and energy to be what we can be. Every cell in your body relys on the quality of the nutritents you have given it to fulfil daily tasks. Nutritional plans should teach people how to eat for a healthy and vital life.

The percentage for eating healthily to unhealthily should be around, 70 percent good and 30 percent bad. The good will generally out weight the bad.

Metabolic Typing Nutrition Plans

When writing up plan for clients, the main nutritional protocol I use is the metabolic typing diet system. This is a 65 point questionnaire, which determines what foods are better for the individuals genetics. Every person is different, so foods will effect each person differently.

​

There are three main Metabolic Types, which are Fast oxidizer (Protein type), Slow oxidizer (Carbohydrate type) and a Mixed type (Mixture of protein and carb type).

Rotational Meal Plans

​

So what constitutes a good eating plan? I would say 4 meals per day with a snack included. The biggest meal should be breakfast and meals should get leaner by as the day ends. Typically if you have eaten well in the morning then you shouldn’t feel as hungry later on in the evening.

A typical 1 day for me would be something like this:

​

     Breakfast

     Boiled eggs, salmon slices with tomatoes + chives

     Grapefruit  to finish

 

     Lunch

     Lamb chop with avocado and green cooked vegetable

 

     Snack

     Almond bread with cashew nut butter spread

 

     Dinner

     Wild Alaskan salmon with cabbage and sauce.

 

This is not all the food I will eat, it is only a general guide line. I may add more or less during the day depending on how I feel.

Including: 2-3 litres of filter water

Typically after finishing the metabolic typing questionnaire. We will then setup a one to one nutritional therapy session on Skype to help draw up your individual plan. The session will last around an hour. To which I will sit down after to finish off your plan.

The cost for my Metabolic Typing nutritrional Plan and session is £110. Your plan will included a 4 day rotational plan, plus guide lines. One follow up sessions may be needed.
