Course Information

 

Once you’ve decided that the innovative and holistic personal training and lifestyle enhancing techniques from Jonathan Jackson are right for you, you need to decide which session types and course lengths will work best for you. There are a variety of different options to choose from, and each can be modified to suit your unique and specific needs.

 

You can sign up and complete a five day course, which is the very best way to kick start a new healthy lifestyle regime and diet and exercise plan. Alternatively, if you feel unable to commit to a full five day session, you can sign up for shorter hourly sessions. As well as being a great introduction for those new to personal training, these are also an ideal option for individuals who have completed the five day course in full, but want to continue working with Jonathan Jackson to keep up their motivation levels and tweak and enhance their skills and techniques. If you opt for hourly sessions these tend to be on a one to one basis, whilst five day courses involve group sessions, although one to one five day courses certainly can be considered and arranged if you feel this is something that would be beneficial to you.

 

What does each session involve?

 

Your personal training and lifestyle coaching sessions will consist of a variety of the following, with all of these techniques and learning points being covered over the duration of a five day course. All sessions will begin with a period of personal training, which will involve stretching techniques and Swiss Ball training (ideal for those new to exercises or suffering from injury and in need of rehabilitation) you will then have a corrective exercise lesson to ensure that your exercise technique is as safe as possible and won’t put any of your muscle groups under unnecessary strain or cause any injury.

 

Depending on your unique needs, which will be expertly assessed before your personal training sessions begin, you will also learning breathing techniques to help you calm and focus your mind, techniques to help you reduce your psychological load and effectively manage stress and other negative emotions. From a practical point of view, your session will also provide you with comprehensive food plans to give you a visual and physical reminder of what you should be eating, and what foods are healthy and which foods are not. Your body will also be expertly analysed to ascertain what foods match your body and which types of foods will suit you and provide the nutrients you need without leaving you feeling floated or lethargic.

The course will be different for each individual, because the unique training needs of each individual are different. Your expert personal trainer and lifestyle coach will tailor your course to you, in order to ensure that you achieve optimal success. Using the CHEK personal training and lifestyle coaching techniques, your trainer will target your unique needs and work closely with you every step of the way, working towards long term success. A long term lifestyle change won’t happen over night, but only by making changes that you can maintain for a life time will you see long term results and ultimately live a happier and more fulfilled life.
