Order Policy

FYB order deadline is Saturday at 12 noon. No exceptions. Meal prep is available for Monday pick up or delivery. Any orders placed after deadline will process following week.

Substitutions and Allergies Policy:

Please include any dislikes and allergies in comment box. Please note we can’t guarantee any substitutions or food allergies. If you have a severe allergy we suggest not to order. We will not be held responsible for any claims concerning a food allergy given the notice of risk.

 

Return/Refund Policy:

We value all our customers. However, given the perishable nature of our products NO Refunds will be given once food is purchased, cooked and delivered/picked up. If you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within 48 hours of deadline via email for a return credit that can be applied for future orders. If you notify us within 7 days (or more) before delivery date you will receive full refund. You are responsible for choosing correct plan and delivery option. Please email us ASAP if there are any errors. Same day cancellations/changes will not refunded, returned or changed. Sorry, delivery fees can’t be refunded.

 

Delivery Policy:
At FYB, we do our best to deliver food in a timely manner. Due to our vast delivery area, we can’t guarantee delivery times. Our delivery window is on Monday from 6- 12 midnight.   Delivery times and days may vary due to inclement weather, traffic and other situations outside of our control. Please be aware that you are responsible for selecting the correct delivery date and option on your order form. If by accident you select the incorrect date or delivery option, and the food is prepared for pick up or delivery, we will not refund your order. If you expect to not be home at the time of delivery, please leave out a cooler with ice or select drop off delivery option. We are not responsible for any presumed stolen meal prep. To ensure freshness of meals, please refrigerate food immediately. We will not be held responsible for any improper food-handling once the meals have been delivered.  If you’re not available for pickup or delivery we will hold food for 24 hours and arrange a pickup time at our discretion. If meals are not picked up within  24 hours you will forfeit meal prep and no refunds will be given.
