You can always find our Healthy Mix & Vegan Menu in our Menu tab under PoshFit Meal Prep. Menus are posted by Thursday each week. All other menus are emailed by request including custom meal plan list. Once form/payment is submitted you will receive your final menu by Sunday for review.
Order Policy
FYB order deadline is Saturday at 12 noon. No exceptions. Meal prep is available for Monday pick up or delivery. Any orders placed after deadline will process following week. Please call or email with any questions before placing an order. Chef Gera 404-913-6561 or foryourbodymeals@gmail.com.

We set a deadline so we can process all orders in a timely manner. Late orders affect our cooking production and can interfere with other clients who ordered on time. Our goal is to give you the best service! We appreciate your cooperation.
Delivery Information
We deliver to Atlanta and surrounding counties. Delivery fee is only $10.00 with no increase due to mileage unless you are 25 miles or more away from 30084 zipcode. Delivery addresses past 25 miles will incur a $15.00 charge. Times range from 6pm-12 midnight each Monday. We can't gurantee specific times due to our large number of orders and expansive delivery zone. Your meals are made FRESH on delivery day and are loaded for delivery when your order is ready. Please be patient with us.
Please try to be home during delivery hours. We will contact you a hour before to make sure your home for your delivery. If you won't be home please make necessary arrangements with concierge or have a friend available to receive meal prep. Coolers always accepted. If you need to change delivery address for any reason please contact us via email within the same day for address change.
Drop off Delivery: Please choose this option if you don't plan on being home. Your meals will be placed in a reusuable cooler in front of your door with ice packs to secure freshness. Please keep cooler and ice packs for next delivery. Place cooler in front of door with pre frozen ice packs and we will refill your cooler with fresh meals on your next delivery. If you live in an gated community or condo complex requiring a door/gate code please enter code in comment box. Next delivery fee will only be $10.00. If you need to replace cooler and ice packs you will be charged $20.00 fee again. You also have the option to provide your own cooler and ice packs just make sure cooler will fit all your meals. *We will not be responsible or issue refunds for any presumed stolen meal prep. Please choose drop off delivery at your discretion.
Free pick up is offered on Monday from 2-5 pm. Pickup orders are made to order we will call you a hr before your order is ready. If you require a set pick up time email us ahead of time and we will try to accomodate you. Meal prep is made at an off site kitchen, whom unfortunately no longer allows us to have customer pickups . Please wait for pickup email/text confirmation before coming to pickup location. An address will be sent to you on Monday. Please be patient with us, Monday is a busy day and callbacks/replies maybe delayed. If you do not pickup your meals within set time we will hold food for 24 hours and a pick up time will be arranged at our convenience.
**For whatever reason, if you are unable to receive delivery or pickup after a 24 hour hold you will forfeit your meals and no refunds will be given. Sorry, we dont deliver on Sundays at this time.

Recycle Credit: Recycle your containers with us and recieve $3.00 off your next meal prep. Must be all 10 containers with lids. Containers will be picked up on next delivery. Enter: RECYCLE in comment box and discount will be added to sent invoice.
Social Media Discount: Post your PoshFit meal prep on IG with #poshfitmeals & @poshfitmeals and receive a $5.00 discount off your next meal prep.
Referral Fee: If you love our service and want to refer a friend we will grant both you and your friend a $10.00 credit off your next meal prep order. Enter: REFER in comment box including both you and your friends full name and discount will be added to sent invoice. Referral discounts are given once a new client plan is purchased in full. Only one referral credit per order.
**Only one discount can be used at a time. Social Media discount can only be used twice per month.
