Prior to our session, you will complete a form providing Rennie with:

- What is working and not working
- What you are wanting to get out of the session

Payment
Full payment is due up front in order to schedule the appointment. Payment is accepted via PayPal or credit card. Note that are fees are subject to change as demand increases.
Time Frames
Coaching sessions are either 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours each, depending on which level of coaching session you are purchasing.
As a general rule, consulting sessions can be scheduled between the hours of 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday based on mutual availability.
Attendance
Sessions are intended for one client, or an intimate client team. Please indicate how many people will be on the call when booking. Sessions are open in structure, interactive, and designed to answer your specific questions and challenges.
Channel
All personal coaching sessions are conducted via Phone or Skype, unless you have specifically purchased an in person appointment to take place in Atlanta, Ga. Skype allows for mutual screen sharing which will be used during the session. Skype also allows for video conferencing which can also be used during the session if you have a webcam. If you do not have a Skype account, you can join for free here. You will need to create an account, download the software to your computer [note that if you are Windows 8 you will need the full version of the application - NOT Skype Touch], provide us your Skype ID, and accept the contact request that Rennie will send to you. Any time spent helping you to set up Skype at the beginning of the call will be counted as part of your purchased coaching session.
Refunds
When you buy a one-on-one session with Rennie, he commits to having enough time available to serve you. That affects how many other clients he can take on. For this reason, we don't offer refunds.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Note that time slots are often booked days or weeks in advance. If you reschedule, you are essentially taking two time slots. And, if you cancel, that spot is often not fillable at the last minute. As a result, appointments cannot be rescheduled, and cancellations will not be refunded. If a new time is needed, payment will be required for that second meeting time. So, please be sure you can make your scheduled time slot when booking your appointment (and then use it or loose it!). Note that In the unlikely event that Rennie Curran needs to cancel a booked appointment, a reschedule opportunity will be provided or a full refund will be given.
